Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed the same day if payment clears prior to 11 AM Pacific Standard Time. All orders are shipped from our facility within 24 business hours of receiving cleared payment.

Warranty
All our merchandise has been tested and guaranteed against being DOA (Dead On Arrival). If it happens so that the item arrives to you in a non-working condition, we will issue you a full refund, no questions asked. If you receive a part in unsatisfactory condition, send an email with a description of the problem to customerservice@iphonepartspro.com.
Please verify that the item you are purchasing is compatible with your phone, as iPhone Parts Pro is not responsible for incompatibility mistakes.If the buyer wishes to return an item purchased by mistake, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
All returned parts must be returned to iPhone Parts Pro within 5 business days from receiving authorization to return the product.
A correctly completed RMA Form is a must for all returns. If an item is returned after the allotted time 5 business days, the item will not be accepted and returned to Buyer.
Refunds or replacements will be granted once the item has been returned in its original condition. If there is any tampering or mishandling of the item caused by the Buyer, the item will not be accepted and returned to Buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in any return situation.
iPhone Parts Pro assures that all of our spare parts and accessories undergo strict quality control procedures prior to stocking and shipping, therefore the mentioned above is a guide in case the unforeseen occurs.
